• There are more than hundred copies of the work in libraries in Turkey.

• Content:
• The work is largely based on Usrûshenî's (d. 637/1240) Fusûl al-Usrûshenî and contains information on jurisprudence and judicial law. While Usrûshenî's Fusûl consists of thirty chapters, Imâdî's work consists of forty chapters. It touches upon the disagreements among the Hanafi jurists and includes the differences of opinion between the Hanafis and other sects. Another important feature is that some of the subjects are summarised by saying "velhâsıl". In these summaries, we can say that important information about the issue discussed is recompiled and evaluated.

• Green cloth over brown leather with flap. It has bookcover covered with marbling on red leather.
  Paper watercolor and watermarked, with ink burns. Red ink was used in the text, in the writing of matlabs and headings. There is a frontispiece illumination.
